Your idea will be confidential until someone pays to view it.  You will choose what you want others to see while it is in public view on the website.  Once they have viewed your full idea with any attachments, the rights or license to your idea can be purchased.  You will be protected every step of the way by contractual agreements prepared by an attorney.  And if you don't think this will work, remember the Winkelvoss Twins who had the original idea for Facebook?

We recently conducted a survey for those that want to increase their chances to sell ideas to companies by offering some additional benefits and features on the youZingit website.  You can take the survey while it is still available here.  These additional benefits will be available for a very low cost premium subscription and is for those people that want more value and extra help to get paid for ideas. However, the subscription is not necessary to use the website and still have the same chance to make money like everyone else.
